After three months of continuous employment, as an employee of Your Advantage Staffing, you are eligible to join our group benefits program. The client you will be assigned to may elect to make you eligible for benefits immediately. All of our staff is also covered by the Family Services Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Your Advantage Staffing is currently researching Group RRSP's to add to our benefit package. We also offer out of province coverage to each U.S. driver from day one.

All of our drivers are paid by direct deposit. Stubs are mailed or sent by e-mail eliminating the need for you to come by and pick up your pay. All of the drivers employed by Your Advantage Staffing Consultants Inc. are regular employees, covered under Worker's Compensation, EIC, CPP, EHT and employee benefits. Each employee receives vacation pay and statutory holiday pay when qualified.
